Today has been a good day so far! I met with Amber at Books A Million and we had some frozen coffee beverages, which are always fun. We ended up sitting around catching up on everything and looking at wedding magazines. I also showed her some of my ideas that I had.
On the way home I saw some land for sale and I thought it was just a little piece of land and I called about it, turns out it is that little piece of land and about 50 acres of trees and was $159,000. But I was talking to the real estate agent and she asked about our price range, location we wanted, size of the home and she got my e-mail and she just e-mailed me a ton of listings and is going to send me a list of lenders. I'm going to show all this to Zack tonight and maybe we can get some ideas.
I really think this is a step in the right direction.
